Learning environment
We truly believe if a child feels secure and happy they will thrive and achieve their own individual potential, given the opportunities. We take time to get to know our children and families, so we can provide the best support. Every child has individual needs and we try to provide for these needs.
Each child has a key member of staff or best friend, who will ideally welcome, change, feed and plan thier play, and study thier deveolpment, your child will also have a strong number two key person who can cover illness and holidays. Obviously the children get to know all the members of staff so they feel comfortable and secure at all times.
We work closely with the family centre teacher that is on the same site as us. Also Ofsted that regulate and advise us and who carry out on the spot checks. We plan our activities based on these areas of development working closely to the Early Years Foundation Stage
